Every order is printed and finished to your required specification.

This fabric is produced using dye-sublimation printing, where specialist inks are heat-fixed into the material after printing. The result is a vibrant finish that is resistant to scuffing and can also be washed when needed.

Why choose fabric mesh instead of PVC materials

Unlike many PVC alternatives, fabric mesh can be folded for packing and transport without the same concerns around creasing, pinching or the need to roll onto a core. This makes storage, shipping and on-site handling much more convenient.

At 230gsm, the material is noticeably lighter than many PVC-based options, which can make installation easier - especially on larger jobs. For example, a 3375mm x 1780mm Heras fence banner produced in fabric mesh weighs around 1.4kg, compared with approximately 1.9kg for a PVC equivalent.

That reduced weight can make a real difference during fitting and across larger multi-banner installations. Even with its lower weight, the polyester construction and machine-sewn hems provide excellent durability, while the mesh structure allows air to pass through more freely for a dependable finished product.

Because it is made from 100% polyester rather than PVC, this material can also be a more environmentally considerate choice. That may be important for businesses, organisations and end users working to environmental targets or procurement policies, helping create opportunities where PVC products may not be suitable.

Artwork

For any Fabric Mesh Polyester items, 50mm bleed must be supplied. This allows for any extra material required for hems, as well as shrinkage and movement when printing and cutting.

Notice

While Fabric Mesh Polyester is a tight-knit fabric, some light show-through is possible when light sources are behind the fabric.

Fabric Mesh Polyester items are supplied folded in polybags. Any creases can be ironed out or will drop out when the fabric is tensioned.

Our thread colours are black or white. Our sewists will choose the most appropriate colour to complement your graphic.

Currently we can only print up to 3 metres on the shortest edge, to our standard pricing. Fabric prints above this size will require a bespoke quotation.
